How does it work?
Simple, you give us a call and we will arrange a time to come and have a look at your problem, if the fix is likely to take more than 1 hour then we will take your PC or Laptop away and you will normally get it back the next day (7 days a week) If it requires a part to be ordered we will advise you of the cost of the part and get your permission before we order anything, you still only pay the one fixed fee of £30 + the cost of the part.
What does it cost?
For home users its one fixed fee of £30 for labour, whether the job takes 10 mins or 10 hours, you only pay one fee of £30, this includes collection and delivery of your machine if we need to take it away for repair.
Any parts required are an addtional cost which you will be advised off before they are ordered.
What do PC World charge?
PC World or the Tech Guys charge £90 for an hours labour.
Is the work guranteed?
Anything we do is guranteed, if we replace a part then the part has a full 12 month manufacturers warranty and if it fails we will come back free of charge.
When are you open?
We work 7 days a week, 9:00 - 21:00.
Do you give an appointment?
Yes when we arrange a time we will be there at the time we agree (give or take 10 minutes) so no waiting in all day for us, plus we work until 21:00 weekdays and 17:00 weekends.
