Do you need to take the computer / laptop away?

This depends on the job - virus and spyware removal can often take more than 4 hours to remove depending on the amount of virus or the size of your hard disk, so this would normally be done at one of our stores. Other work such as DC jack repair or LCD screen replacement are also done at one of our stores as this requires a special work area with ESD protection and De-Soldering tools - not something we can do in your house.

How long will it take to be repaired?

We aim to serve a 24 hour- turn around period, provided we have any required parts in stock.

How long have you been working with computers?

We have some of the most experienced IT staff in the industry, trained in all areas of technology, Including Games Consoles and Tablets, Laptops and Computers.

I have no recovery discs but need to recover my PC?

This is not a problem, most people never bother to create the restore DVD'S when they get a new computer, but that is okay - we have all the versions of Microsoft windows and as long as you have a valid license key (COA) which should be on your pc case, or on the bottom of your laptop, we can install windows and all the drivers for you. The COA is the product that you buy when purchasing Microsoft Windows, and not the disk. The disk is just for installing the Operating System – the License is what authenticates your copy with Microsoft's servers.

Do you guarantee your work?

Yes, any new parts we fit carry a full 12 months warranty. If we remove a virus or malware we will show you the pc working fine before we leave, and install a trusted Trial version of our favorite anti virus to ensure it is clean - however if you then go to the same website that infected you the first time and get infected again this would not be covered by our guarantee as it would be beyond our control.
If we believe we have fixed a fault and it then comes back soon after, we will of course repair the fault again at no extra cost.
